Copy a file in Windows 95
1) Open Windows Explorer.
a) Click the 'Start' button to display the 'Start' menu.
b) Select 'Programs' and select 'Windows Explorer'. (The 'Exploring - (C:)' window appears.)
2) In the left pane, double-click the folder containing the file you want to copy. (The contents of the folder appear in the right pane.)
NOTE: If the desired file is located in a subfolder, repeat step 2) until the file is located.
3) In the right pane, select the file you want to copy. (The file is highlighted.)
4) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Copy'.
5) (Optional) In the left pane, double-click the drive to which to save the file.
6) In the left pane, double-click the folder where you want to copy the file.
NOTE: To save the file in subfolders, repeat step 6) until the desired subfolder is open.
7) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Paste'. (The file appears in the specified folder.)
